£5.4m Cheque is Presented to The Salvation Army

Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) presented a £5.4m cheque to The Salvation Army. Trevor Caffull, Managing Director of SATCoL, made the announcement at the company’s annual conference on 15th and 17th June 2025.

Oliver Lee, Assistant Warehouse Manager, who received a Lifetime Achievement Award for his 35 years' service, was invited to present the cheque to the Territorial Leaders of The Salvation Army in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, Commissioners Paul and Jenine Main.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Salvation Army, SATCoL exists to enable mission and provide resources to support the charity’s work. Over the past 12 years, SATCoL has contributed more than £100 million to The Salvation Army, helping to fund life-changing services for people in need.

SATCoL colleague Lee Oliver is in the centre of the image holding a super-size cheque made out to The Salvation Army for five million, four hundred and thirty-one thousand, and sixteen pounds. Commissioner Paul is holding the left of the cheque and Commissioner Jenine is holding the right of the cheque. Smiles all round.
