SATCoL’s Wellbeing Commitment places colleague wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. Today, we employ two full-time wellbeing experts and have over 15 volunteer Wellbeing Champions across the business. Additionally, we have invested in Mental Health training for hundreds of our managers and Wellbeing Champions through our wellbeing training partner and Mental Health England.
